This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how we, Sea-Analytics Ltd., an Israeli company, collect and process personal information on our website available at: www.sea-analytics.com (the ”Site”) and through our software application intended to track outdoors sport activities (the “App”). The Site and the App will be referred collectively as the “Service”.
Your privacy is important to us, therefore we recommend you to read this Policy carefully.

• The App allows you to upload additional information, such as text comments, video and voice recording, which may include personal information of you or of others.

Personal Information We Collect from Other Sources
• When you or your coach use our App, we collect from your phone and GoPro camera, videos, voice, location data, time, and kinematic movement data (for examples, displacement and orientation of body segments).
• During the payment process we receive from our payment processor the 4 last digits of your credit card number. The payment prosses is handled directly by our payment processor and not by us. The use of such payment processors is subject to their own privacy policies and terms of use and this Policy does not apply to them. You should review the terms and policies of such third-party providers.

Personal Information We Collect Automatically
• When you or your coach use our App, we collect from your phone and GoPro, videos, voice, location data, time, and kinematic movement data (for examples, displacement and orientation of body segments).
• On our Service we collect personal information about how you use our Service and the computers or other devices, such as mobile phones or tablets, you use to access our Service. Some examples include: browser identifier, device ID, IP address of the device used and its operating system, pages that were viewed, the duration of sessions, types of content viewed, and actions performed on the Service.
Why Do we Collect Personal Information?
The personal information we collect and receive enables us to provide you with the Service, to manage our communication with you, to monitor the Service’s activities, to enhance and improve our Service and the Service’s security.
Subject to your consent, we will send you promotional messages by email and text messages. You can withdraw your consent at any time. The personal information relating to you, will be processed until your consent is withdrawn.
We commit to process personal information solely for the purposes described in this policy.
With Whom We Share Personal Information?

The personal information that we collect and receive through the Service is stored at servers which may be located outside of Israel.
